Hi. I got my Pogoplug today and it worked for about two hours. Now it won’t power up at all. Please contact me to arrange a replacement or a refund. So far — no impressed.

Problem activating. No support via phone Email support slow! Not enough online documentation on what UDP ports need to be opened up on firewall to allow pogoplug to activate itself. Activation should have been a simple process being able to complete via normal methods such as over HTTP.
